What travelers say
A snapshot of guest ratings and stories behind the stay.
“Globally, a good hotel for the cost. Positive points: - Low price for a stay inside Hamburg - Good Location (5-10 mins walk to the central station, and a metro station just in front) - Small hotel (11 rooms) and we didn't heard any noise from the other rooms - The reception people were helpful when we arrived - New towels every day, and the bathroom was small but clean and convenient Inconvenients: - Internet code has to be entered after a break of using it on your device - Curtains don't block all the light - One fan to move the air (linked with the light), and all windows could be opened. We were there beginning of June and we needed to keep the windows open to cool the place - Even with the windows closed, you can hear the outside noise. The hotel is in front of a busy streets - A strong and persistent smoking smell in the room during all our stay Note: - Think to turn on the water heater (in the bathroom) before using the shower - The bed are firm”
“Really good location, about 12 minutes walk from central station and very friendly staff. The room was really clean and nice. The only problem we had was with the internet connection which didn't work top-notch.”
